Nothing too much trouble, liked this place and would recomand. It was nice base for travelling to Porto, I was glad to stay there. The staff were superfriendly and accommodating lot of the time. The location of the hotel was great - a 10-15 minute walk from Sandeman Cellars Winery. I ate in the traditional restaurant nearby.

We had 1 great day here, can recommend the place. The hotel was comfortable and located in a charming area. Most of the staff were accommodating. The room was modern and unique when upgraded with attention to every guest, a big comfortable bed, for instance. The breakfast had a wide range of options and included slices of fresh bread, cakes, pastries and yoghourt. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, a historical square was not too far away from the property. Besides, it was at a short distance from downtown, that worked for us.
